Call Directory + SMS Filter

Apple does not emit carrier Recents to third-party apps. I ship a fat backend directory + on-device Message Filter. Live Caller ID Lookup is optional later. No Twilio. No SIP. I will not become a telecom.

Enable: Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification → Guard Directory. Settings → Messages → Unknown & Spam → SMS Filter.
